Bird Rock describes this coffee as a “dessert in a cup”. Sourced from the Abana Estate in Limu, it’s named after the surrounding Anderacha river and naturally processed to allow the sweet, citrus notes of the region to shine. We tasted silky florals, lemon pie, and a lingering sweetness.

Grind: Medium Fine
Water: 350g at 202 degrees Fahrenheit
Bloom: 50g of water for 30 seconds
At 30 seconds: Pour until you reach 175g.
At 1:10: Pour to 250g.
At 1:35: Pour to 300g.
At 2:00: Pour to 350g.
Total Brew Time: 3 minutes.
