This Pink Bourbon coffee was experimentally processed by the pioneer Sebastian Gomez on his farm in southern Quindio, Colombia. “EF2” is a unique, multi-fermentation processing method, with 24 hours of aerobic fermentation followed by several stages of anaerobic fermentation. The result is a punchy, fruit-forward coffee that’s striking from the first sip. We tasted lime, sugar cane, pineapple, and plum sauce with a grapefruit acidity and a tea-like body.

Every coffee we share has been tasted and recommended by our expert Tasting Panel who have years of experience in specialty coffee. We cast a wide net, trying hundreds of coffees, keeping an open mind to new regions, processes, and roasters, and going through many rounds of cupping. If there was an easier way of choosing each coffee, we wouldn’t want to do it. For exclusive weekly coffee suggestions from our panel, join Fellow Drops!
