Pour-Over Recipe for Ethiopa Chelbesa Natural
Using Lil’ Kalita Wave
Coffee: 20g ground medium-coarse
Water: 300g at 202°F
Bloom: 40g for 1 minute
2nd Pour: Pour to 100g
Final Pulse Pours: Add 20-40g of water each pour, allowing the coffee to drain almost fully between pours, until reaching 300g
Total Brew Time: 3-4 minutes
