Moray is a seasonal espresso blend featuring coffees from Huila, Colombia & Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia. Our comrades at Whiptail strive to find a coffee that is elegant and fruity when pulled as a shot of espresso- and they succeeded. With intense sweetness and a creamy mouthfeel that remain on the palette even when steamed milk is added, this blend is sublimely intense. We also tasted, lime & orange, red currant, candied florals, and milk chocolate.

Every coffee we share has been tasted and recommended by our expert Tasting Panel who have years of experience in specialty coffee. We cast a wide net, trying hundreds of coffees, keeping an open mind to new regions, processes, and roasters, and going through many rounds of cupping. If there was an easier way of choosing each coffee, we wouldn't want to do it.
