Launching here first: Onyx’s latest natural process Ethiopian that’s so special we traveled to Iceland to brew it under the real northern lights. Onyx sourced this coffee from the Cup of Excellence-winning producer Niguse Gemeda Mude. Grown in the Sidama region of Ethiopia, the low temperatures and high elevations allow for an elongated drying time, bringing out more delicate florals and tart acidity than your typical natural process. Expect notes of mandarin orange, honeysuckle, melon, fruit punch, and when you close your eyes you might see the stars.
