Origin: Chalatenango, El Salvador

Elevation: 1600 MASL

Varietal: Pacamara

Process: Black Honey

Roaster Tasting Notes: Black Cherry, Pinot Noir, Red Grape, Dark Chocolate, Vanilla, Fig

We Tasted: Pink Starburst, Blackcurrant, Valencia Orange, Watermelon

8 oz of Finca Las Veraneras

Origin: Apaneca-Ilamatepec, El Salvador

Elevation: 1200 MASL

Varietal: San Pacho

Process: Natural

Roaster Tasting Notes: Milk Chocolate, Apple Pie, Caramel, Macadamia Nut

We Tasted: Orange, Dark Chocolate, Pink Lady Apple, Concord Grape
