This coffee is one of Corvus's proudest partnerships. They work closely with Ciro Lugo, a tough Colombian cowboy, to produce this high quality roast. Ciro and his son Albiero continually showcase their hard work and high standards through the coffees they produce, and this blend is no exception. Their pink bourbon went through an anaerobic fermentation in cherry before washing, giving it a boost of sweetness and complexity. You'll taste vibrant notes of lemonade, citrus blossom, white grape, tangerine, and a deep brown sugar sweetness. We also tasted strawberry jam, root beer, guava, and lime.

Every coffee we share has been tasted and recommended by our expert Tasting Panel who have years of experience in specialty coffee. We cast a wide net, trying hundreds of coffees, keeping an open mind to new regions, processes, and roasters, and going through many rounds of cupping. If there was an easier way of choosing each coffee, we wouldn't want to do it.
