Fellow's Take on Roxana Rafael Peru from Mother Tongue | Iced Pour-Over Brew Recipe

Mother Tongue’s founder Jen Apodaca loves to showcase female producers, and Roxana Rafael is a new discovery for the Oakland-based roaster. A third-generation coffee grower, Roxana recently started her own farm, and we fell in love with this washed Bourbon lot. Pleasantly mellow and well-balanced, we tasted toffee, plum, orange, sweet cream, and a bright green tea finish.
