Which Fellow products can I register?
At this time, you are able to register select Fellow electric products in the United States.
These include:

I received my Fellow product as a gift. How do I register it?
You can still register your Fellow product! Please inquire about the place your gift was purchased, along with approximate purchase date, and provide that information in the form above.

Where can I find my registration perks?
After registering, you will receive an email from Fellow containing your registration perks! Please save this email for future reference. You can also check the status of your warranty or your other perks by contacting us.
Serial Number Locations
Where can I find my product's serial number?
All Products
In your product's box you can find a card with the product's serial number. For easy registration, use your phone's camera to scan the QR code.
Coffee Maker
For Aiden, the serial number can be found in the Fellow - Brew with Aiden mobile app. Select your device > Settings > About Device.
Electric Kettles
For Stagg EKGs, Corvo EKGs, and Clyde Electric Kettles, the serial number is located on the bottom of the base.
Grinders
For Ode, Ode Gen 2, and Opus, the serial number is located on the bottom of the grinder.
Coffee Scale
For Tally, the serial number is located on the bottom of the base.
Electric Vacuum Canisters
For Electric Atmos, the serial number is located on the rim of the canister lid. Simply remove the rubber gasket and then the two filters. Replace when finished.
