Serial Number Locations
All Products
In your product's box you can find a card with the product's serial number. For easy registration, use your phone's camera to scan the QR code.
Coffee Maker + Espresso Machine
For Aiden and Espresso Series 1, the serial number can be found in the Fellow mobile app. Select your device > Settings > About Device
Electric Kettles, Grinders, + Coffee Scale
The serial number is located on the bottom of the base of the device. To prevent a mess, ensure there is no water, beans, or grounds before flipping the machine over.

At this time, Rebrew refurbished products are not eligible for product registration.
I get an error message saying my serial number has already been registered or doesn’t exist, but I am not sure why.

I received my Fellow product as a gift. How do I register it?
You can still register your Fellow product! Just select "Received as a Gift" as the Place of Purchase and use the date you received your gift as the purchase date. Fill out the form above with this information.
Where can I find my registration perks?
After registering, you will receive an email from Fellow containing your registration perks! Please save this email for future reference. You can also check the status of your warranty or your other perks by contacting us.
