Coffee Bean Storage
At Fellow, we know that storing coffee beans incorrectly can change the flavor profile and increase the bitterness of the beans. That's why we take coffee bean storage seriously.
Beans should be stored in a cool, dark place in an airtight coffee bean container. Exposure to oxygen and moisture can make the beans more bitter, the aroma duller and the bean's acidity levels lower. You can significantly increase the shelf life by using a vaccuum canister for your coffee beans.
Our versatile and stylish coffee storage containers come in three sizes and color variations (white, black and clear). Fellow Atmos canisters use vacuum technology to release air — the airtight seal functions better than airtight bags. Fellow offers manual and automatic coffee storage containers, both of which keep your coffee fresh.
Our manual seal canister offers fewer mechanical parts with a smaller price tag, and you don't have to worry about charging it or changing the batteries frequently. However, our auto-seal version creates an airtight seal with the push of a button for maximum seal and incredible convenience. No matter which Atmos you pick, your coffee beans will be in good hands.
