• ONYX x FELLOW DROPS GIVEAWAY

  OFFICIAL RULES

  NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

  1. Sponsor

  The Onyx x Fellow Drops Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Fellow Products, Inc. (“Sponsor”).
  Onyx Coffee Lab (“Onyx”) is a promotional partner and prize provider.

  2. Eligibility

  The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

  Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor, Onyx, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of their immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, children) or household members are not eligible.

  Void where prohibited by law.

  3. Giveaway Period

  The Giveaway begins on January 12, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends on January 19, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. PT (“Giveaway Period”).

  4. How to Enter

  There are three (3) primary ways to enter the Giveaway. Odds of winning are the same regardless of entry method. One entry per person max. 

  A. Primary Entry Method #1 — Sign Up for Fellow Drops (SMS Entry)

  During the Giveaway Period, individuals who are not current Fellow Drops subscribers may enter by signing up for Fellow Drops, Sponsor’s SMS-based coffee ordering service, using a promotional link provided via email, SMS, social media, or a landing page.

  • Limit one (1) entry per person
  • Entrant must be a new Fellow Drops subscriber at the time of entry
  • No purchase required
  • Message and data rates may apply

  B. Primary Entry Method #2 — Mail-In Entry (Alternate Method of Entry)

  To enter without signing up for SMS messages or referring a friend, hand-print your full name, mailing address, email address, and phone number on a 3” × 5” card and mail it in a stamped envelope to:

  Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than January 19, 2026 and received by January 26, 2026 to be eligible.

  • Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person
  • No mechanically reproduced, automated, or bulk entries permitted

  C. Primary Entry Method #3 -Refer a friend

  Entrants may refer friends to Fellow Drops during the Giveaway Period.

  • The referred friend must successfully sign up for Fellow Drops before the Giveaway Period ends
  • Limit one (1) entry per person
  • Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, or fraudulent activity may result in disqualification at Sponsor’s sole discretion

  5. SMS Consent & Terms of Use

  Entrants who choose to enter via SMS sign-up acknowledge and agree to the following:

  Text STOP to unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time.

  Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchase or winning, and alternative entry is available via the mail-in entry method.

  Mail-in entrants are not required to consent to SMS marketing to be eligible.

  6. Prize

  Grand Prize (1 Winner):

  • One (1) Fellow Series 1 Espresso Machine (winner’s color choice, subject to availability)
  • $100 USD in Onyx coffee

  Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): up to $1,700 USD

  Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

  7. Winner Selection & Notification

  One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor within a reasonable time following the end of the Giveaway Period.

  The potential winner will be notified via email and/or SMS using the contact information provided at sign up for Fellow Drops or entry. If the selected winner does not respond within a reasonable time, is found ineligible, or cannot accept the prize, an alternate winner may be selected.

  8. Prize Delivery

  Prizes will be fulfilled after winner verification and acceptance. Physical prizes will be shipped to a U.S. address provided by the winner by March 2026.

  Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected shipments.

  9. Taxes

  Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize receipt and use. Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 where required by law.

  10. Privacy & Data Use

  Information collected from entrants will be used for administering the Giveaway and in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

  Partner Data Sharing:
  Entrant information may be shared with Onyx Coffee Lab only if permitted under applicable law and disclosed as required. Any such sharing is subject to applicable consent requirements.

  11. Publicity

  Except where prohibited by law, participation constitutes consent for Sponsor to use winner’s name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

  12. Limitation of Liability

  Sponsor and Onyx are not responsible for technical failures, transmission errors, unauthorized intervention, or other factors beyond their reasonable control.

  Sponsor’s liability related to the Giveaway is limited to the ARV of the prize.

  13. General Conditions

  Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Giveaway.

  Any attempt to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may result in disqualification.

  New Jersey Residents: Nothing in these Officials Rules is intended to or shall limit or waiver any rights or remedies available to New Jersey consumers under the New Jersey Truth-in-Consumer Contract, Warranty and Notice Act (N.J.S.A. 56:12-14 et seq.) or any other applicable New Jersey law."

  14. Governing Law

  The Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

  15. Agreement to Rules

  By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding.

  Effective Date: November 11, 2025

  1. Eligibility

  • This $25 Fellow Drops gift card is available exclusively to customers who purchase an Aiden Precision Coffee Maker on or after September 15, 2025 through exclusively Fellowproducts.com or in a Fellow retail store.
  • Gift card will be issued via email after the Aiden order has shipped.
  • Limit one gift card per Aiden purchase.

  2. Gift Card Value and Usage

  • Gift card value: $25 USD
  • Gift card can be used exclusively for any purchase made through the Fellow Drops texting  channel
  • Gift card cannot be used on Fellowproducts.com
  • Gift card value cannot be redeemed for cash
  • No change will be given if purchase amount is less than gift card value

  3. Redemption and Expiration

  • Gift card must be redeemed within 30 days of receiving and value used within 30 days from from the date of issuance
  • Unclaimed or unused gift cards will expire and become void after the applicable period

  4. Transfer and Gifting

  • Gift card may be transferred or gifted to another person before it is claimed
  • Once claimed and associated with a Fellow Drops account, the gift card becomes non-transferable
  • Recipients must have or create a Fellow Drops account to use the gift card

  5. Product Returns

  • If an Aiden Precision Coffee Maker is returned for any reason, the associated $25 Fellow Drops gift card will be deactivated and become void immediately upon processing the return
  • Since this gift card was provided at no cost as a promotional incentive tied to the Aiden purchase, customers are not entitled to retain the gift card benefit if the qualifying purchase is returned
  • Any unused gift card value will be forfeited upon product return with no compensation owed
  • If the gift card has been used (partially or fully) at the time of Aiden return, Fellow reserves the right to deduct the used gift card amount from the customer's product refund to prevent promotional abuse
  • Fellow will evaluate each return on a case-by-case basis and may choose to waive this deduction at its sole discretion

  • Gift card/credit will be issued via email after the Matcha bundle order has shipped via FP.com and automatically via audience tap for those who order via Fellow Drops text channel
  • Limit one gift card/credit per Matcha bundle purchase

  • Gift card/credit value: $20 USD

  • For customers who purchased Series 1 prior to 9/12/2025 credits were issued under the previous system and are governed by these same terms
  • Gift card/credit will be issued via email after the Series 1 order has shipped
  • Limit one gift card/credit per Series 1 purchase

  2. Gift Card/Credit Value and Usage

  • Gift card/credit value: $60 USD
  • Gift card/credit can be used exclusively for any purchase made through the Fellow Drops texting channel
  • Gift card/credit cannot be used on Fellowproducts.com
  • Gift card/credit value cannot be redeemed for cash
  • No change will be given if purchase amount is less than gift card/credit value

  • Any unused gift card/credit value will be forfeited upon product return with no compensation owed
  • If the gift card/credit has been used (partially or fully) at the time of Series 1 return, Fellow reserves the right to deduct the used gift card/credit amount from the customer's product refund to prevent promotional abuse

  6. Retroactive Application

  • These terms apply retroactively to all Series 1 customers who received Drops credits under the previous system, beginning April 2025
  • Previously issued credits maintain their original issuance but are otherwise governed by these terms
