1. Introduction
1.1 These rules apply to the Fellow Drops Aiden Sweepstakes that is being promoted on and run through our website or through our drops text to buy program.Â
1.2 To enter the sweepstakes entrants must enter as directed on our website or our text to buy program.
1.3 Promotions on social media are in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn or any other social network. You are providing your information to Fellow Industries and not to any other party.
2. Agreement to rules
2.1 By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Fellow, as final and binding as it relates to the content.
2.2. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.
4. Prizes
4.1. Winners will receive $365 of credit to use towards purchases on the Fellow Drops platform. These credits will be deposited into their account within two weeks of the announcement of their win. Actual/appraised value may differ at time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by the Sponsor. No cash or other prize substitution permitted except at Sponsor's discretion. The prize is non transferable. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.
4.2 No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by winners is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Fellow to use winner's name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
4. Eligibility and entry restrictions
4.1 To be eligible to enter a competition:
(a) entrants must be a real person, at least 18 years old and permanently reside in the United States (proof of address or age may be required)
(b) entrants must not be our employee, officer or agent of any person or organization involved in the running of the competition, and you must not be a family relation of any such person.
c) the entry must fulfill all sweepstakes requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Fellow. You may enter only once and you must fill in the information requested. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Fellow. A purchase does not increase the chance of winning.
4.3 Entries will be accepted through online purchasing starting on April 12 2024 9:00 AM PT and ending April 19th 2024 11:59 PM PT. All mail-in entries will be accepted starting on April 12th at 9:00 AM PT and must be sent in the mail by April 19th 2024 11:59PM PT and received in the mail by April 26th at 11:59 PM.
4.4. Methods of acceptable entry:

5. Copyright and moral rights
5.1 You warrant to us that you created your competition entries, that you own all of the copyright in those entries, and that our use of the entries in accordance with these rules will not infringe any person's intellectual property rights or other legal rights.
5.2 The competition winners grant to us an exclusive license to copy, store, edit, distribute, transmit and publish their competition entries with the agreed upon royalties as compensation. Competition winners may not sell their entry to any third party.
6. Odds
6.1. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner selection and notification
7.1. Winners of the Sweepstakes will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor. Winners will be notified via email to the email address they entered the Sweepstakes with within five (5) days following the winner selection.
7.2. Fellow shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notices due to winners' spam, junk e-mail, carrier issues, or other security settings or for winners' provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 72 hours from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and releases as required, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.Â
7.3. The receipt by winner of the prize offered in this Sweepstakes is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal and state laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY ANY WINNER (AT SPONSOR'S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN SUCH WINNER'S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE SWEEPSTAKES AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1.By entering you agree to release and hold harmless Fellow and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from:
a) such entrant's participation in the sweepstakes and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof,
b) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software;
c) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service
d) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion
e) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries.
9. Disputes
9.1. THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF The United States AND California, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, participant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in California having jurisdiction.
9.2. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees, other than participant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

3.4 We reserve the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of our control. 3.5 Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of all of these terms and conditions.
4. Judging
4.1 Competition entries shall be judged or winners selected on the basis of those criteria specified on our website and/or social media channels in relation to the competition.
4.2 If a competition entrant does not meet the eligibility requirements or is subject to any entry restrictions, that entrant shall not be entitled to be adjudged a winner, and will not be entitled to a prize in any circumstances.
4.5 Our decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
5. Winners and prizes
5.1 Competition prizes for each competition shall be specified on our website or social media channels.
5.2 Competition prize winners will be notified of the competition result by email (if address is asked for/provided) or by direct message on social media not more than 30 days following the closing date of the competition, and will receive their prizes not more than 60 days following that closing date.
5.3 Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the prize winner for 14 days but if the winner fails to respond to our notification attempts within this time or provide an address for delivery of the prize or fails to meet any of the eligibility requirements or is otherwise unable to comply with the competition terms and conditions, we reserve the right to disqualify that entrant and offer the prize to the next eligible entrant and thereafter until a winner is found.
5.4 The results of a competition will be announced on our website within 30 days following the closing date of the competition. The announcement may include the name and photograph, the town or region of residence and prize details of each prize winner.
5.5 No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
