When will my order ship?

When you place an order with Fellow, the wheels begin turning: Once orders are processed, we work fast to ensure the product(s) are available and ready to ship. Upon processing, you will receive an email confirming your order! After your order has been picked up by our carrier, you'll receive an additional email with the tracking confirmation. This entire process takes 24-48 hours.

Please note that our warehouse does not ship on weekends or holidays. If you place an order on the weekend or on Friday it will more than likely be processed and shipped the following Monday or Tuesday. All orders ship directly from our fulfillment center in California.

If you're missing an order confirmation or tracking number, let us know! Spam filters can be unnecessarily aggressive at times and eat up important emails. We'd be happy to help you track down your order.

Should I sign up for UPS My Choice?

With UPS My Choice® you can manage your UPS package deliveries. Track, get alerts, and re-direct your package if needed. Visit UPS My Choice® and sign up by creating a user ID and password. Once you provide your name and address you will receive a verification email to complete your profile process.

How much does shipping cost?

Domestic ground shipping as well as expedited shipping options are calculated by our carriers at checkout. Please note, ground shipping delivery times may vary/update/change based on situations beyond our control. Delivery date(s) listed are estimations and not guaranteed. For updates on your order, please review the tracking information provided when your order ships. For international shipments, we offer Passport Duties Paid. We will calculate the cost of shipping, taxes, and duties upfront for orders shipping outside of the US so you don't have any additional fees when your order arrives. We do not offer DDU shipments. Please note, duties and other international shipping charges are non-refundable.

How do I track my order once it has shipped?

Once your order ships from our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please note, it may take 24 hours for the tracking number to be completely active while it is in the process of being picked up by one of our carriers. You can track your order directly from the email we sent using the "Track your items" button. You will also have the opportunity to receive tracking updates sent directly to you via text message during checkout if using ShopPay. If you notice your tracking number has not updated after 48 hours of when the email was sent, please contact us so we can further investigate.

When will I receive my order?

We ship orders within 1-2 business days after being placed and once our carrier partners have picked up your order, you will receive tracking information and an estimated delivery date via email. Typically, orders will arrive in 5-7 days once shipped; however, please note that due to inclement weather or situations beyond our control, there may be additional time needed to deliver your order by the carrier. If there are any questions or it's been well past this timeframe, please contact us directly so we can research further on our end.

Where does Fellow ship products to?

We currently ship to the following: all 50 States (including Alaska and Hawaii), American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, and military bases (APO/DPO/FPO). Outside the mainland US, we cannot guarantee the same delivery window as typical deliveries to home or commercial addresses.

Internationally, we have exclusive distributors in some countries (Taiwan, Hong Kong, South Korea, and China) and we cannot fulfill orders for these locations. Also, we cannot ship our electric kettles (Stagg EKG, Corvo EKG, etc.) or other electrics such as the Ode Brew Grinder internationally. We only stock the 120v, 60 Hertz model suitable for use in the US and Canada. If you'd like to order the proper model for your country, please check out our list of international distributors.
