Outkast teamed up with Atlanta’s Portrait Coffee to celebrate the 25th anniversary of their breakout album Stankonia. This coffee is designed to evoke the rhythm, flavor, and funk of the album, with each sip taking you back to hearing it for the first time. We tasted brown sugar and green apple.

Steps:

Grind coffee at medium setting

Rinse filter with 205°F water

Bloom: Pour to 60g water, wait 40 - 45 seconds

Continuous pour stages:

Pour to 150g, swirl when water is 0.5” above grounds

Pour to 250g

Final pour to 350g, swirl

Target brew time: 3:00 - 4:00 minutes
