- Water: 400g - 202°F water
Grind Settings:
- Ode + SSP Burrs: 5 - 6
- Ode Gen 2 Burrs: 4 - 5
- Ode Gen 1 Burrs: 3 - 4
- Opus: 5 - 6 (inner ring at 0)
Steps:
- 0:00 - Bloom to 50g
- 0:30 - Continuous Pour to 150g
- Continuous Pour to 300g
- Final Pour to 400g, swirl
- 3:00 target brew time
