  • Coffee: 25g
  • Water: 400g - 202°F water

Grind Settings:

  • Ode + SSP Burrs: 5 - 6
  • Ode Gen 2 Burrs: 4 - 5
  • Ode Gen 1 Burrs: 3 - 4
  • Opus: 5 - 6 (inner ring at 0)

Steps:

  • 0:00 - Bloom to 50g
  • 0:30 - Continuous Pour to 150g
  • Continuous Pour to 300g
  • Final Pour to 400g, swirl
  • 3:00 target brew time
