The coffee for dynamite drip. We tasted chocolate with a slight fruit aftertaste: comforting and highly approachable. It’s both a fantastic introduction to specialty coffee and an everyday drinker for the already initiated. If you’re looking to craft your latte art, this makes a sublime base for milk drinks. We were going to brew this as a pour-over too, but the espresso was so good we had to stop right there. May return to pour-over later.
