Today’s drop is an exclusive coffee from our hometown roaster and a Fellow Drops first—a toffee apple treat from Papua New Guinea—PNG Baroida Estate by Verve!

This is the first coffee we’ve dropped from Papua New Guinea and it’s a captivating showcase of the region. While PNG coffees are known for their crisp acidity and rich earthiness, this washed process from Ben Colbran’s pioneering Baroida Estate has an additional layer of sweetness to balance it out. We tasted toffee, green apple, and floral tea.
