Senior Mechanical Engineer

This is a new role. As a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Fellow, you will be working on helping with the core engineering of next generation consumer coffee products. The candidate will be expected to be able to tackle design, manufacturing, and technical challenges using engineering fundamentals.

In this role you will be able to influence engineering from concept through to mass production. In addition to design and analysis, you will work to improve current product lines. This is a key hire that will allow Fellow to expand their internal engineering capabilities.

This role is unique in that you will have the ability to have an impact across multiple products. You won't be working on one specific component of one large product forever. The work will change and be interesting week to week, month to month!

The individual will have tall order goals to achieve quickly in this role.

6 month time frame - Bring all current outside designs in house for full ownership

9 months - Have significant impact on at least one new product design through formal release

This role will work directly with the newly formed engineering team along with the Product team.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS ROLE WILL START REMOTE DUE TO COVID. ONCE RESTRICTIONS LIFT, THE POSITION WILL REQUIRE YOU TO BE IN THE OFFICE. BECAUSE OF THIS WE ARE LOOKING FOR LOCAL CANDIDATES IN THE BAY AREA.

WE DO NOT PROVIDE SPONSORSHIP AT THIS TIME.
