What time period does the Fellow warranty cover?

Our new generation of Fellow electric products carry a standard warranty of 2 years. (See table below for warranty periods by products.)

Only electric products purchased and used in the United States are eligible for product registration. Fellow’s non-electric products carry a 1 year limited warranty. Non-electric products are not eligible for product registration at this time.

What does the Fellow warranty cover?

Our warranty guarantees Fellow products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of time, as outlined above. You can file a warranty claim here. Please note, in order for a warranty claim to be accepted, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • You must be the original consumer.

  • You must have purchased the product through Fellow or Fellow authorized retailers.

  • You must have purchased and used the product in the United States, U.S. territories, or Canada.

  • You must provide the original sales receipt for proof of purchase.

  • You must have used the product only as intended and in accordance with the product’s care instructions.

Unfortunately, our warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, improper care, or repairs performed by unauthorized personnel.

  • Normal wear and tear. 

  • Operation with the wrong type of current or voltage.

  • Failure to follow all cleaning instructions.

  • Failure to comply with any safeguards listed in the instructions of the product or this warranty.

  • Products used or purchased outside of the United States (and its territories) and Canada.

How do I extend my warranty?

Customers in the United States are eligible to purchase an extended warranty policy through Mulberry on select Fellow electrics. Customers are eligible to purchase an extended plan up to 90 days after purchase from Fellow or an authorized retailer.

How do I sign up for a Mulberry protection plan?

It’s easy - just add a protection plan to your cart and check out! After you purchase coverage, you’ll receive a welcome email from Mulberry prompting you to activate your account. Activating your account will give you access to your dedicated warranty dashboard where you’ll be able to view your plan details and full contract terms, and file a claim as needed.
