The experience
This selection comes from a small regional group of producers delivering to the Chelbessa washing station, which consistently produces some of the finest Ethiopian coffees. The coffee cherries were hand-picked at peak ripeness, floated to further remove defects, de-pulped, and fermented underwater for 36 hours, before being dried on raised beds for 10-14 days. Expect intoxicating florals, watermelon, peach, and lively citrus acidity.
About SEY Coffee

Based in Brooklyn, NY, Sey Coffee is a contemporary micro-roastery with a passion for delivering the finest, most dynamic coffees possible. Focusing on quality over quantity, they only select microlots of the highest-graded beans through their close relationships with producers all over the world.

Fellow's Unique Selection Process

Every coffee we share has been tasted and recommended by our expert Tasting Panel who have years of experience in specialty coffee. We cast a wide net, trying hundreds of coffees, keeping an open mind to new regions, processes, and roasters, and going through many rounds of cupping. If there was an easier way of choosing each coffee, we wouldn't want to do it. For exclusive weekly coffee suggestions from our panel, join Fellow Drops!
