This is Wonderstate’s third year purchasing from the Danche community, where a few hundred farmers cultivate small garden-size plots. The result captures everything we love about washed Ethiopian coffees. We tasted a clean cup of Meyer lemon, nectarine, ripe mango, rose tea, and white florals.
