A pair of coffees designed to evoke lunchbox staples from super-creative roasters Brandywine and Black & White. You’ll get:
🥪 6 oz of PB&J: a blend of nutty natural process coffees from Uganda and Brazil, and a grape co-ferment from Colombia for all that jammy goodness.
🧃 6 oz of Juice Box: a sweet combo of four co-fermented coffees from Colombia with notes of mango, peach, and red fruit.

Steps:

Grind coffee at medium to medium-fine setting

Rinse filter with 200°F water

Bloom: Pour to 60g water, wait 35 seconds

Continuous pour stages:

Pour to 150g

Pour to 250g, swirl 5 - 10x once water is about 0.5 - 1 inch above the bed of grounds
