Based in Houston, TX, BlendIn was founded by US Brewers Cup champ Weihong Zhang, and offers rare premium coffees alongside the reliably delicious. This fully washed lot is named after the Turaco, an iconic bird native to Burundi. We tasted vanilla, red apple, and cherry.

Steps:

Grind coffee at proper setting for your grinder (see above) or medium-fine

Rinse filter with 94°C / 201°F water

Bloom: Pour to 60g water, wait 40 seconds
