1) Buy eligible Fellow gear

1. Offer Availability & Promotional Periods
The Fellow Drops credit offer (“Credit”) is available only for eligible purchases or registrations made during designated promotional periods, in the U.S only, which may vary by product, retailer, and date. Eligibility, credit value, and expiration terms are determined by the applicable purchase, registration, and issuance dates. Offers are not retroactive unless explicitly stated otherwise.
2. Eligible Products, Participating Retail Partners, & Credit Value

3. Registration & Issuance
FellowProducts.com purchases:
Credits are issued via email as a digital gift card for use on Fellow Drops after the order ships, no registration required, for purchases made after September 12, 2025.
For purchases made before or on September 12, 2025, credits are automatically added to the Fellow Drops account once sign up using the link provided at checkout or email sent the week of purchase.
Retailer purchases outside FellowProducts.com:
Registration is required within sixty (90) days of purchase at applicable retailers where promoted only in order to receive credit. Failure to register within this timeframe results in forfeiture of the Credit.
Credits are issued via email as a digital gift card for use on Fellow Drops once registration is complete.
4. Redeeming (Claiming) the Credit
Credits must be redeemed within thirty (30) days from the date of the email offer. Redeeming requires creating or logging into a Fellow Drops account and agreeing to the Fellow Drops Terms of Use.
Unclaimed Credits expire automatically and are void.
Products purchased prior to 11/20/2025 do not have this expiration date.
Products purchased prior to September 12, 2025 do not have to be redeemed, but instead were automatically added to account as long as signed up for Drops at checkout or using the link in email sent the week of purchase.
5. Using the Credit
Once redeemed, Credits must be used within one (1) year. Credits are valid only on Fellow Drops, have no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Products purchased prior to 11/20/2025 do not have this expiration date.
6. Fellow Drops Account, SMS Opt-In & Terms of Use
Using the Credit requires signing up for Fellow Drops.

Transactional messages related to Drops orders may still be sent.
7. Transfers & Gifting
For credits delivered via email, they may be transferred or gifted via email before being redeemed. Once redeemed or in Drops account, credits are non-transferable.
8. Returns & Refunds
If a qualifying product is returned, the associated Credit is void. If the Credit has already been used, Fellow may deduct the used value from the product refund for Fellowproducts.com purchases.
9. Modifications
Fellow reserves the right to modify or discontinue this offer at any time, subject to applicable law. Changes will not affect Credits already issued.
10. Limitation of Liability
Fellow’s liability related to Credits is limited to the face value of the Credit.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, except where prohibited.
12. New Jersey Residents
Nothing in these Terms limits or waives rights available under the New Jersey Truth-in-Consumer Contract, Warranty and Notice Act (N.J.S.A. 56:12-14 et seq.).
