This coffee is the rare and coveted Sidra variety, known for its high cup quality, vibrant flavors, and natural sweetness. We tasted passionfruit, lychee, and honeysuckle.

Steps:

Grind coffee at medium setting

Rinse filter with 200°F water

Bloom: Pour to 50g water, wait 40 seconds

Pour to 120g, swirl when water is 0.5” above grounds
