We chose this tea because it’s perfect for chilly January mornings, with warm mint flavors and bright citrus acidity. It’s a sweet infusion of dried lemon verbena leaves, produced by the Elmore family of Star Bright Farm. Steep it for aromatic notes of mild honey, refreshing menthol, and lemon.

Brew Guide for Passenger Star Bight Lemon Verbena Herbal Tea

Hot Brew

Ingredients:

  • Tea: 3g

  • Water: 340ml at 212°F

Steps:

  1. Measure 3g of tea leaves

  2. Heat water to 212°F

  3. Pour water over tea leaves

  4. Steep for 5:00 minutes

  5. Strain and decant into your favorite cup - we suggest Stagg Tasting Glasses!
