Here's how we brewed this silky smooth cup roasted by San Francisco’s Saint Frank Coffee.
Saint Frank has been working with Las Nieves for more than a decade, and year after year their washed Pacas is a beautiful example of the lush Santa Bárbara terroir. We tasted mixed berries, citrus, and a juniper finish.
