Based in Portland, Maine, Tandem was founded by a husband and wife passionate about cycling, vintage vinyl, and really good coffee. This coffee comes from the Telia Washing Station which is unique for carefully separating lots by village. We tasted orange citrus, vanilla, blueberry, and green tea.

Steps:

Grind coffee at medium-fine setting

Rinse filter with 203°F water

Bloom: Pour to 50g water, wait 45 seconds

Final pour to 300g at 2:45 minutes, swirl
