Always featuring coffees from Ethiopia, the birthplace of coffee, Heartstrings was created to capture all the best aspects of a fruity natural while still delivering the balance and reliability of something more traditional.

Naturally processed coffees are dried with the ripe coffee cherry left intact, developing rich, jammy fruit flavors. Wonderstate pairs this with a washed coffee roasted to a sweet, cozy depth, creating a layered medium roast that brings together fruit, richness, and balance.
