1. Offer Availability & Promotional Periods

The Fellow Drops credit offer ("Credit") is available only for eligible purchases or registrations made during designated promotional periods, in the U.S. only, which may vary by product, retailer, date, and customer eligibility. Eligibility, credit value, and expiration terms are determined by the applicable purchase, registration, and issuance dates. Offers are not retroactive unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Certain offers, including higher credit values such as $100, may be made available only to select, eligible, or targeted customers, and only where and as specifically promoted to that customer at the time of purchase. The applicable Credit value is the amount presented to you in the qualifying offer at the time of your purchase. 3. Registration & Issuance

Credits are for use on Fellow Drops only, for coffee, tea, and consumable purchases only.

Credits are issued via email as a digital gift card for use on Fellow Drops after the order ships, no registration required, for purchases made after September 12, 2025.

For purchases made before or on September 12, 2025, credits are automatically added to the Fellow Drops account once signed up using the link provided at checkout or email sent the week of purchase.

Retailer purchases outside FellowProducts.com:

Registration is required within ninety (90) days of purchase at applicable retailers where promoted only in order to receive credit. Failure to register within this timeframe results in forfeiture of the Credit.

Credits are issued via email as a digital gift card for use on Fellow Drops once registration is complete.

4. Redeeming (Claiming) the Credit

Credits must be redeemed within thirty (30) days from the date of the email offer. Redeeming requires creating or logging into a Fellow Drops account and agreeing to the Fellow Drops Terms of Use.

Unclaimed Credits expire automatically and are void.

Products purchased prior to 11/20/2025 do not have this expiration date.

Products purchased prior to September 12, 2025 do not have to be redeemed, but instead were automatically added to account as long as signed up for Drops at checkout or using the link in email sent the week of purchase.

5. Using the Credit

Once redeemed, Credits must be used within one (1) year. Credits are valid only on Fellow Drops, for coffee, tea, and consumable purchases only, have no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Products purchased prior to 11/20/2025 do not have this expiration date.

6. Fellow Drops Account, SMS Opt-In & Terms of Use

Using the Credit requires signing up for Fellow Drops.

7. Transfers & Gifting

If a qualifying product is returned, the associated Credit is void. If the Credit has already been used, Fellow may deduct the used value from the product refund for Fellowproducts.com purchases.

9. Modifications

Fellow reserves the right to modify or discontinue this offer at any time, subject to applicable law. Changes will not affect Credits already issued.

10. Limitation of Liability

Fellow's liability related to Credits is limited to the face value of the Credit.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, except where prohibited.

12. New Jersey Residents

Nothing in these Terms limits or waives rights available under the New Jersey Truth-in-Consumer Contract, Warranty and Notice Act (N.J.S.A. 56:12-14 et seq.).

Purchase Fellow products from your wedding registry at a Participating Retailer to receive a free gift (the "Gift"). Offer 1: $500 or more in Fellow purchases earns a set of 6 Pirch Cappuccino Glasses ($107 value). Offer 2: $1,000 or more earns the Stainless Steel and Glass Mixology Set ($199 value). Fellow may substitute a Gift of equal or greater value if one becomes unavailable. Valid for wedding dates from 10/1/26 through 12/31/27.

2. Eligibility
Open to registrants 18+ with a U.S. shipping address. Your registry must be created at a single Participating Retailer while this offer is active. Your registry qualifies when Fellow products totaling at least $500 (Offer 1) or $1,000 (Offer 2) have been purchased from it by you or your guests. Totals are based on the price paid before tax and shipping, and exclude returned or cancelled items. Purchases from multiple retailers cannot be combined. Not valid for Fellow employees.

4. How to Claim
Submit the Fellow Registry Gift Form within 6 months after your wedding date, and no later than 12/31/27. Include an upload of your completed registry showing your Fellow purchase total, both partners' names, your wedding date, and your shipping address. We only accept claims submitted through the form.

5. Delivery
Please allow 4–6 weeks for delivery after we verify your claim. Gifts ship directly from Fellow. If a Gift is returned as undeliverable, we'll reship it only if you send a corrected address within 30 days.

6. Limits
One Gift per couple, regardless of how many registries or retailers you use. Couples who reach $1,000 receive the Offer 2 Gift only; the two offers don't combine. This offer can't be combined with other Fellow promotions or promo codes. The Gift has no cash value, is non-transferable, and can't be exchanged or redeemed for cash.

7. Fraud
Fellow may deny any claim it reasonably believes is false, altered, duplicated, or otherwise in violation of these terms. Incomplete, illegible, or nonconforming submissions will not be honored.

8. Changes
This offer is reviewed annually, and Fellow may change or end it at any time. Registries completed before the offer ends remain eligible if claimed within the 6-month window. Void where prohibited.
