Warranty claims

If your product is experiencing a functional or cosmetic issue, please file a warranty claim here, and we will make it right.

You’ll need your order number and proof of purchase. If your item was a gift or you can’t locate your receipt, contact us — we’re happy to help track it down.

Returns
If you’d like to return a product that does not require warranty support, most items may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Please note, for returns where the purchase included  a gift card and/or credit to Drops* that the customer has already redeemed, the value of the gift card and credits used will be deducted from the refund. Any unused value will be canceled.

Pre-order Return Policy

Our pre-order return policy allows returns within 30 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible:

Products must be returned in their original condition
All original packaging and accessories must be included
Return instructions must be followed

Failure to follow return instructions or returning a product in a different condition may result in deductions from the refund.

Fellow reserves the right to decline returns in cases of damage, misuse, fraud, or abuse.

Important Packaging Note
Please keep your original packaging during the return window.

For certain large or precision products, including Espresso Series 1, original packaging is required to ensure safe transit. If packaging is missing or unusable, a $35 packaging fee may apply so we can send the proper materials for you to package up your return.

*For Espresso Series 1 orders purchased prior to 2/20/2026, the shipping and restocking fee will be $15. 

If you choose a Fellow gift card instead of a refund, we’ll waive the return shipping fee for eligible products.

We’re unable to provide return labels for international orders. Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for arranging and covering return shipping.

Refunds

Once your return arrives at our Returns Center:

  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days
  • Your bank may take an additional 5–7 business days to post the refund

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and will not exceed the original amount paid.

If the original payment method was a prepaid gift card that is no longer active, the refund will be issued as a Fellow digital gift card.

These products are still covered under our warranty policy if a functional or cosmetic issue arises.

Returning a Gift

If you received a Fellow product as a gift, we accept returns for items purchased on fellowproducts.com.

Contact us with the purchaser’s name or email so we can locate the order.

Order Cancellations

The fastest and easiest way to cancel an order is through our CX Assistant, available via chat in the bottom-right corner of our Help Center.

Please note: Once an order is placed, it’s immediately sent to our warehouse for processing. Because of this, we can’t guarantee cancellations or modifications. Most orders, however, can be canceled within an hour of being placed.

If your gear arrives and isn’t the right fit, you’re welcome to return it in accordance with the policy above.
