Warranty claims

If you are experiencing any functional or cosmetic issues with your Fellow product, please file a warranty claim here and we will make it right. You will need your original order number and/or proof of purchase, so have that handy! If you received your Fellow product as a gift or lost your receipt, don’t stress  – contact us and we’ll help you track it down.

If you’d like to return your Fellow product but do not have a warranty claim, you may do so within 30 days of the original purchase date. Returns within this time period can receive a refund or a Fellow gift card of equivalent value. 

Products must be in their original condition in order to be eligible for a refund. 

We offer return shipping via UPS for $15 for electric products and $5 for non-electric products purchased and delivered within the United States. If you opt to receive a Fellow gift card instead of a refund for your return, we’ll waive the return shipping fee! We cannot provide return labels for orders shipped outside of the United States. International customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

All refunds are processed to the original payment method and can take up to 5-7 days to reflect depending on your financial institution. 

Fellow reserves the right to decline returns where a product has been damaged by the customer, or to prevent fraud or abuse.

The following items are final sale and
cannot be returned:

  • Coffee
  • Personalized products
  • Rebrew products from our refurbished collection purchased on or after October 17, 2022
  • Final sale items

Fellow gear in the above list is still covered by our warranty policy, so if you are experiencing a functional or cosmetic issue, please file a warranty claim.

Returning a gift

If you received a Fellow product as a gift, congrats on having awesome friends! If you’d like to return it, we accept returns of gifts purchased on Please contact us and have your friend’s name or email address ready so we can look up the order. Don’t have that handy? Don’t fret – reach out and we can help you out with store credit. 


Thanks to our hard-working Operations team and partners, we process your order as soon as it is placed on, and thus we are unable to offer order cancellations. We think you’ll love your Fellow gear once it is in your hands! But if for some reason you don’t, you may return it to us in accordance with the return policy outlined above.
