We Tasted: Roasted peanuts + hazelnuts, milk chocolate, sugar cane, subtle orange zest. Hazelnut, sugar cane, orange, cherry. Juicy orange acidity. Punchy body.

Every coffee we share has been tasted and recommended by our expert Tasting Panel who have years of experience in specialty coffee. We cast a wide net, trying hundreds of coffees, keeping an open mind to new regions, processes, and roasters, and going through many rounds of cupping. Little Wolf Coffee began roasting in 2016 in the small town of Ipswich, MA, naming their business after their Siberian Husky. They operate on a philosophy of high quality sourcing, careful roasting, and the belief that a cup of coffee is only as good as the company you share it with.

We recommend a 1:16 ratio for pour over with a medium- coarse grind. For espresso, we pull a 18 gram basket into about 38 grams out in 30 seconds.
