Rwanda Nyampinga

A Rwandan single-origin from Nyampinga Women’s Cooperative in Southern Rwanda, selected by Equator Coffees after over a decade of buying from the cooperative.

After 25 years at Equator, Ted has tasted a lot of Rwandan coffee. This year's Nyampinga crop stopped him in his tracks. "Before we drink it all ourselves, I thought I'd see if Fellow might be interested in doing a Drop."

For over a decade, Equator has been buying from Nyampinga, a cooperative that, in Ted’s words, “reflects the convergence of high quality and high impact.” Not just from an outstanding producer, this coffee is also something special, with notes of blackberry jam, panela, and apricot.
