Saint Frank have spent a decade sourcing coffees from Honduras and they have a close relationship with producer and coffee legend Benjamin Paz. They work with Paz to spotlight individual growers in the region and Ubaldo Moreno’s Las Nieblas farm is among the gems they’ve found.
Named after the mists of the mountains, Finca Las Nieblas is nestled on steep slopes in El Cedral, Santa Barbara and this unique terroir results in a deliciously structured, tropical cup. We tasted chocolate and brown sugar, with a tangerine and melon finish.
