Fellow Talks to Sightglass about their Honduras Finca Baide | Pour-Over Recipe

If you missed out on s’mores this holiday weekend, we have a delicious (and heartwarming) alternative: Honduras Finca Baide by Sightglass! We tasted s’mores, dried mango, honey, and a nice pear acidity.

Sightglass have worked directly with producer Jeovany Baide for ten years, through thick and thin. In 2013, leaf rust blighted Jeovany’s farm in Las Flores, Santa Barbara. In 2020, Hurricane Eta destroyed many of his drying beds. Since then he’s rebuilt his drying beds, greatly improving his processing standards, and this year’s washed lot is testament to his dedication to producing beautiful coffees.
