Fellow's Take on Colombia Alturas de Buesaco from Parlor | Pour-Over Brew Recipe

It’s baking season and this drop has all the ingredients you need: Colombia Alturas de Buesaco by Parlor!

This coffee lot is exclusive to Brooklyn-based roaster Parlor, personally curated by their export partner Sascha Renjifo. Sashca selected the top lots from nine smallholder farmers around the town of Buesaco, harvested at the peak of the season and showcasing the rich Andean terroir.

With a lovely fragrance and a striking complexity, this coffee is packed with flavor notes. We tasted caramel, banana, butter, cranberry, and dried apricot, with a perfectly balanced body.
