Fellow's Take on La Muralla Gesha from Black & White | Pour-Over Brew Recipe

It's time for some sweet peach cobbler from Colombia by way of North Carolina: La Muralla Gesha by Black & White!

This Gesha comes from a “community lot” grown in southern Huila. The coveted strain is difficult for many small farmers to offer, it’s low yielding and most only have a handful of trees, so this method allows them to showcase their work.

Black & White found bright notes of meyer lemon and jasmine tea. To us, it was a lovely stone fruit cobbler. We tasted cooked peaches, mango, apricot, and pastry, with baking spices in the finish.
