Here's how we brewed this expressive vibrant coffee that honors Mexico’s female producers, from the legendary Onyx Coffee Lab.
Based out of Arkansas, Onyx is one of the most acclaimed roasters in the world, and their motto of “never settle for good enough” is reflected in every coffee they roast. With high elevations and Indigenous farming traditions, Oaxacan coffees are known for their sweetness and depth. This selection combines small high-scoring lots from the region’s female producers to showcase the best of Mexico. We tasted orange, fig, and milk chocolate.
