Fellow's Take on Rwanda Iza from Kiss the Hippo | Aeropress Brew Recipe

Our ongoing mission to share the best roasters in the world has landed in… the UK! Today’s coffee drop is from a super-acclaimed London roaster: Rwanda Iza by Kiss the Hippo!

Since their founding in 2018, Kiss the Hippo’s team have won the UK Barista Championships three years in a row. They sourced this deliciously fruity natural process from fourth-generation producer Jean Paul. We tasted a cup of dark berries with a vibrant finish: blueberries, blackberries, a nectarine segment, and a dash of lime.

Due to the recent UK heatwave, this coffee was roasted on 7/20.
