Using Kalita Wave

Ratio: 1:15

Coffee: 20g ground medium

Water: 300g at 200°F

Steps: Bloom 60g for 50 seconds and give the dripper a swirl. Pour to 120g, 180g, and then 240g, letting the coffee draw down for no more than 10 seconds. Finally pour to 300g and gently shake the dripper as the coffee draws down so the coffee bed gets flattened.
