Fellow refurbished gear comes from products that were returned after an original purchase. Sometimes the product is new (maybe a different color caught their eye!), other times the product has been lightly used. All products that undergo the refurbishment process are thoroughly inspected, cleaned, and tested to ensure original electrical and mechanical operation, as well as checked for any major cosmetic defects.

Yes, generally. Our team inspects every product’s exterior and interior for damage. We allow minor imperfections such as small scratches, marks, or discolorations, but all of our Rebrew gear is ready to be the centerpiece of your coffee corner. The entire product is then cleaned by hand inside and out, and tested to ensure original electrical and mechanical operation before being carefully packaged and sent to your doorstep. While not “new new,” you’ll still be proud to display Rebrew gear on your countertop or brew bar.

Rebrew refurbished gear carries the same warranty as the original product for functionality. Stagg EKG and Ode Brew Grinder have a one-year limited warranty. See more details about our warranty here. 

Please note we offer warranty replacement on Rebrew gear only for functional issues; cosmetic issues are not covered under our warranty policy for Rebrew items.

After inspection, cleaning, and testing, Rebrew gear is packaged into a brand new box, with a sticker that identifies the item as refurbished. 

All Rebrew gear comes with the same safety manual and gear guide as new products.
