The experience
The Angel Wings blend is a combination of beans on seasonal rotation at Proud Mary Coffee. While the coffees change regularly the recipe and roast development keep flavors consistent: big buttery caramels, toffee and butterscotch tones that pair great with milk and are just as delicious black. We tasted sweet citrus, delicate chamomile, a red tea mouthfeel, and a clear citrus acidity.

Proud Mary was founded by husband and wife Nolan and Shari Hirte in 2009 in Melbourne, Australia. Their incredible coffees and infectious creativity have won them international renown and they now operate two cafes stateside: in Portland, Oregon, and Austin, Texas.
