The experience
This coffee comes from two young, innovative Colombian producers Jhoan Vergara and Nestor Lasso. It went through a hybrid process, starting as a double anaerobic natural and finishing as a washed coffee. The result is a berry-sweet cup with a wine-like complexity. We tasted berries, baking spices, and molasses.
