Portland’s Heart Coffee Roasters are known for their unwavering focus on clarity, balance, and origin expression, and they roast each coffee for maximum sweetness. They’ve personally visited Javier’s farm where the high altitude creates incredible growing conditions. We tasted blackberry, honey sweetness, and a soft elderflower lift.
