BIGFACE × Fellow Espresso Series 1 Giveaway

OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor

The BIGFACE × Fellow Drops Giveaway ("Giveaway") is sponsored by Fellow Products, Inc. ("Sponsor").

BIGFACE Coffee ("BIGFACE") is a promotional partner and prize provider.

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor, BIGFACE, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of their immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, children) or household members are not eligible.

Void where prohibited by law.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on April 9, 2026 at 5:00 a.m. Pacific Time ("PT") and ends on April 14, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. PT ("Giveaway Period").

4. How to Enter

There are three (3) ways to enter. Odds of winning are the same regardless of entry method. One entry per person max. You cannot enter multiple times via different methods. 

A. Entry Method #1 — Sign Up for Fellow Drops (SMS Entry) via giveaway form:  fellow.fyi/odr

During the Giveaway Period, individuals who are not Fellow Drops subscribers as of April 9, 2026 may enter by signing up for Fellow Drops using the promotional link at fellow.fyi/odr.

B. Entry Method #2 — Mail-In Entry (Alternate Method of Entry)

To enter without signing up for SMS messages hand-print your full name, mailing address, email address, and phone number on a 3" × 5" card and mail it in a stamped envelope to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than April 14, 2026 and received by April 20, 2026 to be eligible.

5. SMS Consent & Terms of Use

By providing your mobile phone number and signing up for Fellow Drops, you consent to receive text marketing messages from Fellow Drops. You agree to the Fellow Drops Terms of Use, available at:

Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchase or winning, and alternative entry is available via the mail-in entry method.

6.Email Consent & Terms of Use

By providing your email address via the form entry method you agree to Fellow's terms of service and privacy policy and BIGFACE's terms of service and privacy policy and consent to receive email marketing from Fellow Products and BIGFACE Coffee.

Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchase or winning, and alternative entry is available via the mail-in entry method.

7. Prize

Grand Prize (1 Winner):

• One (1) BIGFACE × Fellow Espresso Series 1 machine from a limited-edition run.

Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): up to $1,999.95

Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

8. Winner Selection & Notification

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor on or around April 21, 2026.

The potential winner will be notified via email and/or SMS using the contact information provided at entry. If the selected winner does not respond within a reasonable time, is found ineligible, or cannot accept the prize, an alternate winner may be selected.

9. Prize Delivery

Prizes will be fulfilled after winner verification and acceptance. Physical prizes will be shipped to a U.S. address provided by the winner on or around April 21, 2026.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected shipments.

9. Taxes

Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize receipt and use. Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 where required by law.

10. Privacy & Data Use

Information collected from entrants will be used for administering the Giveaway and in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy.

By entering, entrants consent to Fellow Products sharing their name, email address, and entry information with BIGFACE Coffee for marketing purposes, subject to applicable law. BIGFACE Coffee's use of entrant data is governed by their own privacy policy.

11. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, participation constitutes consent for Sponsor to use winner's name, likeness, and city of residence for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

12. Limitation of Liability

Sponsor and BIGFACE are not responsible for technical failures, transmission errors, unauthorized intervention, or other factors beyond their reasonable control.

Sponsor's liability related to the Giveaway is limited to the ARV of the prize.

13. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Giveaway.

Any attempt to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may result in disqualification.

New Jersey Residents: Nothing in these Official Rules is intended to or shall limit or waive any rights or remedies available to New Jersey consumers under the New Jersey Truth-in-Consumer Contract, Warranty and Notice Act (N.J.S.A. 56:12-14 et seq.) or any other applicable New Jersey law.

14. Governing Law

The Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

15. Agreement to Rules

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding.
