OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. EXCLUSIONS APPLY. VOID IN NEW YORK, FLORIDA, AND WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. SPONSOR

The Panama Origins Trip Giveaway(“Promotion” or “Giveaway”) is sponsored by:

Fellow Products, Inc., 320 Florida Street, San Francisco, CA 94110 (“Sponsor”).

Proud Mary Coffee Roasters and Monos are promotional partners and prize providers only and are not responsible for administration of the Promotion.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, excluding residents of New York and Florida, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater) at the time of entry.

Void in New York, Florida, and where prohibited by law.

Employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives of Sponsor, Proud Mary Coffee Roasters, Monos, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings) and household members are not eligible.

The winner’s travel guest must also be eighteen (18) years of age or older and must comply with these Official Rules, including all release and documentation requirements. Winner and guest must be able to travel on Sponsor-designated dates and must possess all required travel documentation.

3. PROMOTION PERIOD

The Promotion begins July 16, 2026 at 12:00:01 AM Pacific Time and ends August 4, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM Pacific Time (“Promotion Period”).

Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Promotion.

4. HOW TO ENTER

There are four (4) methods of entry into the Promotion. Regardless of entry method, each individual may establish only one (1) entrant account and may receive only one (1) initial entry. Once an entrant has received an initial eligible entry through any method below, additional bonus entries may be earned pursuant to Section 5. All entries are treated equally.

A. Entry via Official Giveaway Form

During the Promotion Period, eligible individuals may enter by completing the official Giveaway entry form located at the designated campaign landing page. Entrants must complete all required registration fields, accept these Official Rules, and acknowledge the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use of Sponsor and the promotional partners. Submission of the form constitutes one (1) entry. Limit one (1) initial entry per person through this method.

B. Entry via Eligible Fellow Drops Purchase

Eligible individuals who purchase eligible Fellow Drops coffee during the Promotion Period using an email address associated with a Fellow account will automatically receive one (1) entry. If the entrant has not previously completed the Giveaway registration process, Sponsor may require completion of an online confirmation form, including acceptance of these Official Rules and Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, before the entry becomes eligible. Limit one (1) initial entry through this method.

C. Entry via Eligible Referral

Eligible individuals who successfully refer a new customer through Sponsor’s designated referral mechanism for Fellow Drops during the Promotion Period will automatically receive one (1) entry. If the entrant has not previously completed the Giveaway registration process, Sponsor may require completion of an online confirmation form, including acceptance of these Official Rules and Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, before the entry becomes eligible. Limit one (1) initial entry through this method.

D. Alternate Method of Entry (“AMOE”)

To enter without participating online or making a purchase, hand-print your full name, mailing address, email address, telephone number, and date of birth on a 3” × 5” card and mail it in a stamped envelope to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by August 4, 2026 and received by August 11, 2026. Limit five (5) mail-in entries per person. Mechanically reproduced, automated, bulk or copied entries are void.

5. BONUS ENTRY OPPORTUNITIES

After receiving an initial eligible entry through any method described above, entrants may earn additional bonus entries during the Promotion Period as follows. 

A. Fellow Drops Purchases

Entrants receive two (2) bonus entries for every $1 USD spent on eligible Fellow Drops coffee purchases made during the Promotion Period, up to $50 USD. Maximum purchase bonus entries: 100.

B. Successful Referrals

Entrants receive five (5) bonus entries for each eligible new customer successfully referred through Sponsor’s designated referral mechanism for Fellow Drops, up to 10 referrals. Maximum referral bonus entries: 50.

Sponsor reserves the right to verify purchases, referrals and eligibility prior to awarding bonus entries. Fraudulent, automated or abusive activity may result in disqualification.

C. Maximum Bonus Entries

A. Giveaway Entry

By submitting the official Giveaway entry form, entrants agree to these Official Rules and acknowledge the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use of Sponsor and the promotional partners:


B. Fellow Drops SMS (Applicable to Drops Purchase Participation)

Entrants who elect to subscribe to Fellow Drops SMS or who participate in Fellow Drops purchase-based entry opportunities agree to the Fellow Drops SMS Terms of Use (https://coffeedrops.fellowproducts.com/terms). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Text STOP to unsubscribe. Text HELP for help. Consent to receive SMS marketing messages is not required to enter or win this Promotion and will not increase a participant’s odds of winning.

C. Marketing Communications

Entrants may choose to receive promotional email and/or SMS communications from Fellow Products where offered. Except where participation in a specific communication program is voluntarily elected by the entrant (such as Fellow Drops SMS), consent to receive marketing communications is not required to enter or win the Promotion. Marketing preferences may be changed at any time in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

7. PRIZE

One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. Limit one (1) prize per person/household.

Grand Prize — Coffee Origin Experience

A fully hosted coffee origin experience for the winner and one (1) guest in Panama in March 2027. The Grand Prize includes:

  • Roundtrip economy-class airfare for winner and guest from a major commercial airport near winner’s residence;

  • Four (4) nights hotel accommodations (double occupancy);

  • Ground transportation during scheduled trip activities;

  • Visits to Lamastus Family Estates, Altieri Family Coffee and Garrido Family Coffee (subject to availability);

  • Guided producer experiences;

  • Coffee tastings and cupping sessions with Fellow Products and Proud Mary Coffee Roasters;

  • Farm tours and educational coffee experiences;

  • Select meals during the scheduled itinerary;

  • Opportunity to collaborate with Fellow and Proud Mary in the selection of a future Fellow Drop.

Additional Prize Components

Fellow Drops Coffee: One (1) year of Fellow Drops coffee credits, up to $60/month for twelve (12) months. ARV: $720.

Monos Travel Package: Two (2) Classic Carry-On Suitcases, two (2) Classic Check-In Large Suitcases, and two (2) Packing Cube Sets. ARV: $1,530.

Estimated travel value: approximately $10,000–$13,000. Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): approximately $12,250–$15,250, and reflects each aspect of the prize experience described in Section 7. Actual value depends upon departure city and travel costs at time of booking by Sponsor. Any difference between the stated ARV and the actual value of the prize will not be awarded.

8. PRIZE CONDITIONS

Trip dates are determined solely by Sponsor. The actual itinerary, producers, accommodations and activities remain subject to change. Winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary; winner may bring one (1) guest. Winner and guest are responsible for obtaining valid passports and any other required travel documentation.

If the winner and guest are unable or unwilling to travel on the dates designated by Sponsor, or if the winner is unable to identify an eligible guest, the prize will be forfeited in its entirety and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner may be selected. No substitution, cash equivalent, or alternate dates will be provided for a forfeited prize except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

The prize includes only those items specifically identified in these Official Rules. Without limiting the foregoing, the following are not included unless expressly provided by Sponsor: travel insurance; alcoholic beverages; room service; spa services; personal purchases; hotel incidentals; gratuities; ground transportation outside scheduled activities; meals not included in the official itinerary; and any expenses not specifically identified as included.

The prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize (or component) of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute an alternate itinerary, producer visits, activities, accommodations, or travel dates due to weather, political events, safety concerns, travel restrictions, producer availability, force majeure, or any circumstance beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control.

9. WINNER SELECTION

One (1) winner will be selected by Sponsor in a random drawing on or about August 10, 2026, from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.

10. WINNER NOTIFICATION

The potential winner will be contacted using the information provided at entry. The potential winner must respond to Sponsor’s notification within five (5) business days. If Sponsor cannot contact the potential winner, the potential winner fails to respond within the time specified, the potential winner declines the prize, or the potential winner is found ineligible or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and Sponsor may select an alternate winner from among the remaining eligible entries, time permitting. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an entrant submitting an online entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address provided at the time of entry.

11. VERIFICATION, AFFIDAVIT & TAXES

As a condition of receiving the prize, the potential winner may be required to execute and return, within ten (10) business days of issuance, the following documentation:

  • Affidavit of Eligibility;

  • Liability Release;

  • Publicity Release (where permitted by law);

  • IRS Form W-9;

  • Proof of identity;

  • Proof of state of residence;

  • Any additional documentation reasonably requested by Sponsor.

The travel guest may also be required to execute liability and publicity releases as a condition of travel. Failure to return required documentation within the time specified may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.

The prize is taxable. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 to the winner reflecting the ARV of the prize as required by law. The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes associated with acceptance and use of the prize.

12. PUBLICITY

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner’s consent for Sponsor, Proud Mary Coffee Roasters, Monos and their designees to use the winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, statements, city/state of residence, and hometown for advertising, promotional and publicity purposes in any media now known or hereafter devised worldwide, without additional compensation, notice or approval.

13. PRIVACY

Information collected from entrants will be used for administering the Promotion, verifying eligibility, communicating with entrants regarding the Promotion, fulfilling prizes, and complying with applicable legal obligations. Information collected will otherwise be handled in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

Sponsor may share entrant information with service providers retained to administer the Promotion, including sweepstakes administration platforms, prize fulfillment providers, travel providers, and promotional partners, as necessary to administer the Promotion. Information will not otherwise be shared except as described in the Privacy Policy of Sponsor or the promotional partners, or as required by law. California and other state residents may have rights regarding their personal information as described in Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Sponsor, Proud Mary Coffee Roasters, Monos and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and the officers, directors, employees and agents of each (collectively, the “Released Parties”) shall not be responsible for: lost, late, incomplete, misdirected or undelivered entries; technical failures; unauthorized intervention; printing or typographical errors; fraud; computer or network malfunctions; or any event beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the Promotion if the integrity of the Promotion is compromised by any cause within or beyond Sponsor’s control.

15. RELEASE & INDEMNIFICATION

By participating, each entrant (and, with respect to travel, the winner and guest) agrees to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, liability, injury, death, loss, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with participation in the Promotion or acceptance, possession, or use or misuse of the prize, including without limitation any travel or travel-related activities. The winner and guest acknowledge and assume all risks associated with international travel and travel-related activities. Winner and guest must each sign individual wavers prior to travel. The Released Parties make no representation or warranty, express or implied, regarding the prize or any portion thereof.


16. GOVERNING LAW

The Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

17. WINNER LIST

For the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Fellow Products, Inc., Attn: Panama Origins Trip Giveaway— Winner Request, 320 Florida Street, San Francisco, CA 94110. Requests must be received within ninety (90) days following winner confirmation.

18. SOCIAL MEDIA DISCLAIMER

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, or any other social media platform used to promote the Giveaway. By participating, entrants completely release each such social media platform from any liability associated with this Promotion.

19. NEW JERSEY RESIDENTS

Nothing in these Official Rules is intended to or shall limit or waive any rights or remedies available to New Jersey consumers under the New Jersey Truth-in-Consumer Contract, Warranty and Notice Act (N.J.S.A. 56:12-14 et seq.) or any other applicable New Jersey law.

20. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or acts in a disruptive or fraudulent manner. Sponsor’s decisions regarding all matters relating to the Promotion are final and binding. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged. If any provision of these Official Rules is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

21. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES

By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.
