Fellow IFA Berlin Giveaway — Official Rules

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning. Void where
prohibited by law.
2. ELIGIBILITY. Open only to legal residents of the following countries who are 18 years of age or older at the
time of entry: European Union member states (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic,
Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg,
Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden), the United Kingdom, and
the United States ("Eligible Countries"). Italy is excluded from this giveaway. Employees of Fellow Products,
Inc. ("Sponsor"), its affiliates, subsidiaries, and their immediate family members or household members are not
eligible to enter.
3. SPONSOR. This giveaway is sponsored by Fellow Products, Inc., 320 Florida Street, San Francisco, CA
94110, USA.
4. ENTRY PERIOD. The giveaway begins on September 4, 2026 and ends on September 10, 2026 at 11:59 PM
CEST ("Entry Period"). Entries submitted outside the Entry Period will not be accepted.
5. HOW TO ENTER. Scan the QR code displayed at Fellow's IFA Berlin booth (Hall 6.1, Stand 118) or on
Fellow's take-home leaflets to access the entry landing page. Complete the required fields (name, email,
country) and submit the form. Limit one (1) entry per person/email address for the duration of the Entry Period.
Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
6. MARKETING CONSENT (OPTIONAL AND SEPARATE FROM ENTRY). Checking the marketing
opt-in box is not required to enter or win. If checked, you will receive a confirmation email and must click the
confirmation link to activate marketing communications (double opt-in). You may withdraw consent at any
time as described in Fellow's Privacy Policy.
7. PRIZE. One (1) winner will receive one Fellow Espresso Series 1 and one Fellow Opus 2 Conical Burr
Grinder, in the winner's choice of color (Black, Cherry Red, Woodland Green, or Sesame, subject to
availability), with an approximate retail value (ARV) of up to €1,799.90. Actual retail value may vary by
country due to local pricing, taxes, and duties. No cash alternative or substitution is permitted, except at
Sponsor's sole discretion in the event of prize unavailability, in which case a prize of equal or greater value
may be substituted.
8. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION. The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all
eligible entries received during the Entry Period, on or about September 10, 2026. The winner will be notified
by email using the address provided at entry. If the winner does not respond within ten (10) days of the first
notification attempt, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
9. TAXES AND SHIPPING. The winner is solely responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or import fees
associated with the prize. Sponsor will arrange shipping of the prize to the winner's address within an Eligible
Country; delivery timing may vary by location.
10. DATA USE. Personal data collected through this giveaway is processed as described in Fellow's Privacy
Policy, available at https://fellowproducts.com/policies/privacy-policy, and the Full Data Notice on this landing
page. By entering, you acknowledge that your name and email may be used to administer the giveaway and
contact you if you win.
GENERAL CONDITIONS. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry
process, and to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any factor beyond
Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the giveaway. Sponsor's decisions are final in all matters
relating to this giveaway.
12. PUBLICITY. Sponsor will not publicize the winner's name or other identifying information in connection
with this giveaway.
13. GOVERNING LAW. For entrants residing in the United States, this giveaway and these Official Rules are
governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. For entrants
residing in the European Union or United Kingdom, nothing in these Official Rules limits any mandatory
consumer-protection or data-protection rights available under the laws of the entrant's country of residence,
which apply notwithstanding the foregoing choice of law.
