What does the "+" in "41+ adjustable settings" mean?
Opus has 41 settings on the outer adjustment ring. Between each numbered setting (1-11) are 4 minor increments (0.25). Underneath the load bin is a blue ring that allows you to get between the 4 minor increments in the outer ring. That's what we mean by 41+!
Learn more about the inner adjustment ring here.
What is the blue ring under my load bin?
This is the inner adjustment ring! Learn more about how to use it here.
What does the inner adjustment ring do, and how do I use it?
Opus has 2 grind adjustment rings: an outer ring and an inner ring. The outer ring adjusts between 1-11 with 4 minor increments (0.25) between each. The inner ring (under the load bin) enables micro adjustments, expands the grind range to 0 and 12, and calibrates as burrs wear. Learn more here.

The anti static on Opus stopped working, and it's messy!
The anti-static technology will work best for about 60 grinding cycles before it needs to be cleaned. Remove the catch cup, and use the Fellow cleaning brush to swipe around the inside of the exit chute. Watch the full cleaning guide here.
Is Opus suitable for grinding espresso?
Yes! Opus can grind for all brew methods, from the finest espresso for a true 9-bar shot all the way to the coarsest coffee for cold brew. Learn more about the recommended grind ranges in the Gear Guide and Get to Know You Guide.
What are the differences between Opus and Ode?
