Series 1 x Drops Credits- How it Works and T&Cs

Get coffee credit in just a few steps — then use it on Fellow Drops, see full T&Cs below. 

1) Buy eligible Fellow gear and get $25 or more in coffee credit

During qualifying offer periods in the U.S as promoted at time of purchase:

  • Series 1 Espresso Machine -

    •  Up to $100 if purchased via Fellow

    •  $25 for all retail partners outside of Fellow

2) Register on our registration page:

  • Purchases from Fellow’s store or online do not require registration nor do they receive an additional credit for registering

  • All else must register within 90 days of purchase

3) Receive your credit by email:

  • We’ll email you a digital Drops coffee credit when your order ships (Fellow) or after you register (participating retail partners)

  • Credits must be redeemed (claimed) within 30 days from the date it is emailed.

4) Order coffee on Fellow Drops:

  • Redeem your credits on Fellow Drops, our text to order coffee program, where every Tuesday we’ll text you about our favorite coffee in the world right now.

  • No subscription required — order only what you want

1. Offer Availability & Promotional Periods

The Fellow Drops credit offer (“Credit”) is available only for eligible purchases or registrations made during designated promotional periods, in the U.S only, which may vary by product, retailer, and date. Eligibility, credit value, and expiration terms are determined by the applicable purchase, registration, and issuance dates. Offers are not retroactive unless explicitly stated otherwise.

 

 

2. Eligible Products, Participating Retail Partners, & Credit Value

Credits are available with the purchase of the below eligible Fellow products from FellowProducts.com during below dates:

  • Fellow Series 1 Espresso Machine

    • $100 during qualify period

      • 4/22/2025 to 11/20/2025

    • $50 during qualifying period

      • 11/20/2025 to 2/23/2025

    • $25 during qualifying 

      • 2/23/2025 to present

The offer for all other retail purchases in the US is $25 starting 2/23/2025 with all purchases of Series 1 once the machine is registered.

Limit one (1) Credit per qualifying product.

 

3. Registration & Issuance

Fellow purchases:
Credits are issued via email as a digital credit for use on Fellow Drops after the order ships, no registration required.

Retailer purchases outside FellowProducts.com:
Registration is required within sixty (90) days of purchase at applicable retailers where promoted only in order to receive credit. Failure to register within this timeframe results in forfeiture of the Credit.

4. Redeeming (Claiming) the Credit

Credits must be redeemed within thirty (30) days of issuance for all purchases after 11/20/2025

Redeeming all credits requires creating or logging into a Fellow Drops account and agreeing to the Fellow Drops Terms of Use.

Unclaimed Credits expire automatically and are void.

Products purchased prior to 11/20/2025 do not have this expiration date.

 

 

5. Using the Credit

Once redeemed, Credits must be used within one (1) year. Credits are valid only on Fellow Drops, have no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

6. Fellow Drops Account, SMS Opt-In & Terms of Use

Using the Credit requires signing up for Fellow Drops.

7. Transfers & Gifting

Credits may be transferred or gifted via email before being redeemed. Once redeemed, Credits are non-transferable.

 

 

8. Returns & Refunds

If a qualifying product is returned, the associated Credit is void. If the Credit has already been used, Fellow may deduct the used value from the product refund for Fellowproducts.com purchases.

 

 

9. Modifications

Fellow reserves the right to modify or discontinue this offer at any time, subject to applicable law. Changes will not affect Credits already issued.

 

 

10. Limitation of Liability

Fellow’s liability related to Credits is limited to the face value of the Credit.

 

 

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, except where prohibited.

 

 

12. New Jersey Residents

Nothing in these Terms limits or waives rights available under the New Jersey Truth-in-Consumer Contract, Warranty and Notice Act (N.J.S.A. 56:12-14 et seq.).
