Sourced from a family-owned farm in the hills of Shizuoka, Japan, this organic, ceremonial-grade matcha is made exclusively from first-harvest leaves of the Yabukita cultivar. 

Carefully selected for its balance of quality and approachability, it offers a beautifully smooth introduction to Japanese matcha without compromising on flavor.

We loved its bright, clean character, gentle umami, and balanced finish without bitterness.
