Here's how we brewed this dark roast coffee that warms the soul with delicious notes of dark chocolate, cocoa, black cherry, and brown sugar, from Virginia-based Red Rooster.
Red Rooster worked with their longtime cooperative partner Prodecoop in Jinotega to produce this dark roast. Started in 2012, their collaboration has borne fruit to the richest, most balanced coffees—and this one is no exception.
